YOUR NEW ROLE
In your new role as a Relief Support Worker, you will work directly
with young people (aged **Apply on the website**) in emergency
accommodation, engaging them in activity led programs, while
contributing to the day-to-day operations of the residential centre.
You will retain an integral practice role and ensure the young people
receive the highest quality of care. Your new role also requires
administrative duties and responsibilities pertaining to the
progression practice and implementation of placement plan objectives
for young people, ensuring they receive the agreed quantity and
quality of services.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To succeed in your new Relief Support Worker role, you will have
* A minimum of Level 5 in Social Care/ Care Assistant or related
field
* A full driver?s licence (Desirable)
* Flexibility in work hours
* Knowledge of Child Protection and relevant legislation
* A calm, welcoming and patient attitude.
